We offer free shipping on all products purchased from us.
- Production time: Approximately 5 business days.
- Standard delivery: 7–10 days worldwide.
- Express delivery: 3–8 days.
Once your order ships, we will send you a tracking number via email.
Please note: Shipping and processing times may be longer during major holidays such as Halloween, Christmas, and New Year’s. We recommend placing holiday orders as early as possible to ensure timely delivery.
While we always do our best to ensure your order arrives on time, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the courier or customs processing, as these are outside of our control.
Returns & Refunds
Every product is carefully inspected before shipping.
Due to the nature of our clothing niche, we do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
If you receive a defective product:
- Contact us first to report the issue.
- After inspection and approval, you may return the product for a full refund or request an exchange.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition you received it
- Be in its original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
Return Conditions
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer will be responsible for any loss in value.
- Defective products must be returned within 7 days of delivery. We do not accept returns after this period.
If we detect misuse or intentional damage, the return policy will not apply. In such cases, we may offer a paid repair service instead.
The return policy applies only to items with verified manufacturer defects.
