Shipping: We offer free shipping on every product you bought from us. Our average production time is 5 days and delivery usually takes 6 to 15 days worldwide. Our express delivery takes 2-7 days via DHL. We provide you the tracking number via email after we ship the item. Please be aware the shipping and processing time can be longer on major holidays such as Halloween and Christmas. We recommend doing holiday shopping as early as possible. Return and Refund: We always double-check every product before shipping. If the product does not work, please contact us first, after the inspection, you can ship the product to us and receive a full refund or we can exchange the product. Conditions of return Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. If the product doesn’t work, you can ship it back to us in 7 days after the delivery.
