We provide you the tracking number via email after we ship the item. Please be aware the shipping and processing time can be longer on major holidays such as Halloween, Christmas and New Years. Return and Refund:

If the product has a defect, please contact us first, after the inspection, you can ship the product to us and receive a full refund or we can exchange the product.
